This we achive by bringing together industry experts, policymakers, and young proffessionals to explore alternatives strategies to critical issues affecting Nigeria's socio-economic development. The NYSConversation provide opportunities for emerging social impact makers to engage in constructive dialogue, share their perspectives, and contribute to policy-making processes.

Our Mentorship and leadership development initiative is investment in human capacity building empowerment for young Nigerians to become effective leaders, driving positive change and progress in their various endeavors, communities and the country at large.

We empower young people to become effective leaders, equipped to drive positive change in their communities and the country at large.

This we carry out through:

  i. Establishing Mentorship Programs_: Pairing young people with experienced politicians, leaders, and mentors to provide valuable guidance and support for participants. 

  ii. Leadership Training and Workshops_: Organizing training sessions and workshops to help young people develop essential leadership skills and knowledge.
  iii. Youth Participation in governance: We Create opportunities for young people to participate in governance and political processes, such as elections, campaign management, and policy-making, in other to help beneficiaries gain practical experience and contribute to nation-building. 

A leadership mentorship program designed to inspire, empower, and prepare young Nigerians for active roles in politics, governance, and nation-building. The initiative fosters a fraternity of youth dedicated to driving positive change through leadership.

A policy advisory group made up of young experts across industries who conduct research, develop policy recommendations, and advocate for evidence-based governance reforms. This initiative ensures that youth-led policy solutions shape Nigeria’s future through data-driven advocacy and decision-making.
